Milton police arrest Lincoln man for domestic violence

Milton Police Department arrested a 26-year-old Lincoln man Nov. 7, after a report of an alleged domestic violence incident.

Police charged Tyler Michael Houchens with two counts of felony strangulation, second-degree burglary, two counts of criminal mischief, offensive touching and endangering the welfare of a child related to an incident at Milton Landing apartments.

Houchens was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 2 and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in default of $33,000 cash bail.
