Rehoboth recognizes Carol Everhart for her years of service

Rehoboth Beach officials presented Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce President Carol Everhart with an etched glass piece in recognition of more than 30 years of service, leadership and dedication to the city.

Mayor Stan Mills and City Manager Taylour Tedder presented the piece to Everhart during a commissioner meeting Nov. 21.

Mills read the message aloud: “The City of Rehoboth Beach thanks Carol Everhart for over 30 years of service, leadership and dedication. We appreciate your passion, gift of Sea Witch and commitment to our communities.”

Everhart is retiring from the chamber at the end of the year after 36 years.
