Schellville closed for Thanksgiving weekend

Schellville will be closed Thursday, Nov. 27, through Saturday, Nov. 29. The closure includes Thanksgiving Day, when the attraction traditionally shuts down to allow staff and volunteers to spend time with their families.

This year, the closure will extend through Saturday at the request of government officials to help reduce traffic and ensure road safety during the busy holiday weekend.

Schellville will reopen Sunday, Nov. 30, with hours from 1 to 4 p.m. and 5 to 9 p.m. Bands will perform nightly from 6 to 9 p.m.
