The Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting at 9 am Friday, September 22, to consider setting a public hearing related to abandonment of a portion of Baltimore Avenue at its eastern terminus in connection with reconstruction of the Rehoboth Beach Patrol/comfort station facility.
