A teen has died from injuries sustained during a July 22 shooting on Collins Street in Milton. Police responded at 4:47 a.m. to the 14000 block of Collins Street for a report of a shooting and found a 19-year-old man shot in the upper torso. The Cape Henlopen school board voted unanimously July 11, to approve an opportunity flex funding waiver that allows the district to use a $1.76 million grant across all schools, rather than specific allotted amounts for each building.
