Fantasy Trail delights young trick-or-treaters
Treat-or-treaters and their families follow the yellow brick road to see each of “The Wizard of Oz” characters.

The Fantasy Trail is marked by lines of lit pumpkins in the woods at Cape Henlopen State Park. Dozens of volunteers carved the pumpkins.
Kathryn Mancuso, portraying Anna from “Frozen,” is anxious to give away treats to young costumed treat-or-treaters.
A large crowd gathers under a tent to watch a magical performance by Jack Noel.
