Fiery Route 9 crash creates congestion

A crash on Route 9 near Old Vine Boulevard west of Five Points slowed traffic in the area. 

The incident occurred about 2:12 p.m., July 30, west of Lewes when a vehicle crashed into an apartment building and caught on fire. Three vehicles were involved in the incident. A building at The Vineyards also caught fire.
