New Castle County Chamber membership program announce honorees

NEW CASTLE – New Castle County Executive Marcus Henry announced the 10 small business recipients for a complimentary one-year membership to the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce. The program, which launched earlier this month, provides local entrepreneurs with direct access to the Chamber’s full suite of services including networking, business development, training programs, and growth support.

The County received over 70 applications from a wide range of industries, reflecting the diversity and talent within New Castle County’s small business community. Selected recipients, reviewed by the Office of Economic Development, include companies in construction, architecture, freight transport, workforce development, mental health services, media and communications, HVAC, creative services, and more.

The 10 selected small business recipients are:

“This initiative is about more than membership. It’s about connection,” County Executive Marcus Henry said. “These 10 small businesses represent the future of our local economy, and we want to ensure they have the visibility, resources, and support to keep building here in New Castle County. When small businesses thrive, the whole community benefits.”

Applications were open November 10th-24th, and recipients were selected and announced in recognition of Small Business Saturday on November 29th.
