Ocean State Job Lot celebrated the opening of its newest Delaware store with a ribbon cutting at 900 Norman Eskridge Highway, Seaford.
The 36,000-square-foot location is one of 17 former Big Lots properties the discount retail chain has acquired and revitalized this year as part of its continued expansion across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.
The company presented a charitable donation of 250 backpacks for Western Sussex Boys & Girls Club participants to Executive Director Jermane Duncan.
“We’re thrilled to be part of the Seaford community,” said Lynn Hall, Ocean State Job Lot director of communications. “We’ve felt a warm welcome from our neighbors and city leadership, and we look forward to serving customers in western Sussex County with great values and strong community partnerships.”
