Radio Rehoboth
Perhaps one of the most iconic rock performers of the 1980s, Rick Springfield gave concertgoers a dazzling show July 18 at the Delaware State Fair in Harrington. Springfield, 74, performed all his greatest hits, including “Jessie’s Girl,” “I’ve Done Everything For You,” “Don’t Talk to Strangers,” “Affair of the Heart” and “Love Somebody.” Springfield’s two top U.S. albums are “Working Class Dog” and “Success Hasn’t Spoiled Me Yet.”
Prior to his music career, Springfield was an actor who portrayed Noah Drake on “General Hospital.” Since then, he’s also starred in the series “Supernatural” and TV shows including “Hot in Cleveland” and “American Horror Story.”
